It is so cheap in Vietnam as we found. You could have given more for little outlay.the food was very good overall. Our guides helpful and informative I loved the presents .very good touch. Overall a good experience.

I have been told about your tour company by my friends and I would like you to organise part of my holiday in Vietnam.
My husband and I are travelling to Vietnam in May 2013. We have activates planned for part of the visit but after speaking to our friends we hope you can help with the rest of our holiday.
We will be in HCMC until the 5th May and we want to fly to Hanoi on 6th May 2013.
The tours we want to do are:-
 • Ha Long Phoenix Cruiser. 3 Day/2 nights . One night on Ha Long bay Junk boat and one night on Cat Ba Island at the Eco lodge. Then travel to Hai Phong City by Hydrofoil boat
 • We want to go to Ninh Binh and stay there for 2 nights.
 Can we go to Ninh Binh directly from Hai Phong City? We would prefer to go by private car/train (not bus) to Ninh Binh if it is possible to go directly from Hai Phong City.
 We would need you to organise us the accommodation and guide in Ninh Binh and we would like 3 star hotels if possible.
 • Sapa Discover. In Sapa, I would like to do some trekking but not too hard. Can you tell me how much trekking is in the Sapa Discover tour?
I am interested in spending 2 nights in Sapa, so the 3 day/4 nights trip would be good. I think the Superior Hotel would be good but can you please give us the price for the Victoria hotel as well?
 We would prefer a 2 berth train as well if possible. Our friends went on the Fransipan train and said it was really good.
• We want to go to Hoi An for 3 nights as well. I want to organise the accommodation in Hoi An, but I would like you to organise the flight and transfer for me.
• We need to get back to HCMC on the 20th May 2013 for the fight VN 773 to Sydney which leaves 8.40pm Vietnam time.
 I hope you are able to understand what I want. We do not mind which order we do the tours in. Maybe it may be best to do Sapa first. I will be guided by you as to how the itinerary is structured.

Dear Ms Nguyen,

Thank you very much for the service provided while we were there. The service provided by the tour guide and the driver was very good. Send our regards to both of them. Our tour was mostly to find and shop for Vietnamese products, therefore, we didn't go to the tourism destination just the Mekong Delta and it was very good outing and interesting experience.
 
Hope to visit Ho Chi Minh again in the near future.

We absolutely loved Sapa! Wished we could have stayed longer.
We couldn't have asked for a better tour guide than Ms Nga! She had great knowledge of the region and the Black Hmong and Red Doa people. Ms Nga very professional, courteous, spoke excellent english and always had a smile… even after two hours of hiking!
Fansipan overnight train was comfortable and served it's purpose well.
We would certainly recommend Vietnam Tour Company to our family and friends.

Good Day to you.After a long days trip,being too busy with works,sorry for late reply.
This is the first trip,i book online,and thru out just communicate with you,its a great experience.
Here's i and behalf of my friends would like to thank you for your patiently guide and arrangement of this trip.
And Thanks to our tour guide Mr.Quyen his kindness care thru out the trip.He is very good in knowledgable of introducing the place,very friendly.But maybe for us asians tourist,you needs some guide could speaks mandarin cos my friends are more convince with mandarin languages.But still talk n laugh with Mr.Quyen.
Now i must said this is very wonderful trip,amazing adventure for us,truly green planet,
we like it very much,learning Vietnam culture and meets some hill tribe minority people.
Firstly on halong bay,cruise for 4hrs not enough.We really enjoyed it very much as scenery is beautiful.
The train travel to Sapa,is long distance 7hrs ride,at least comfortable is very good.
The transportation is good,driver was skillful enough specially in Sapa,we call him Uncle although at his 60's,really experience driver.
As for meals,can't comment much, we enjoyed all type of vietnamess foods.( especially when there a lots of vegetables ).
All my friends and colleague asking why Vietnam for holiday,i telling them how's wonderful this trips are,especials the photos we take,
Telling them those like green green grass of home,come to Northen Of Vietnam from north-west to north-east.travel with Sapa Trek of
Vietnam,with beautiful scencery of the terrace paddy field.
We all satisfied with your tour and will looking forward to your service again, next time is travel to centre of Vietnam.
Or to Laos or Combodia,its great you have this tours too.
Before i forget,thank you the silk scarves is very nice.We love it.

Thank you for your e mail. I tried to phone you from Hanoi airport when we were leaving to thank you for your assistance but could not connect.
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and thank you so much for your assistance in organising the tour so well . Also thank you very much for yours gifts – very nice of you.
Apart from some minor issues which are beyond your control everything was fine and well organised and our comments and suggestions are as follows:
 Guides – in all locations were on time, friendly and helpful and they were quite fluent in English and seemed knowledgeable on topics – all of them are good. The transport provided in all locations was also good and the drivers were courteous.
 
Accommodation – We liked the accommodation most in Ho Chi Min City and Hue while in Hoi An the hotel had less light and rooms were a bit dark we even changed to another. In Hanoi with superior room we had for the last two days – I checked the room and asked for on the 9th floor before going to Halong bay , was good and better than the executive ( not so executive more of a large family room ) one earlier there in the first floor. The locations of all hotels were very good.
 
Food arranged by you in various places were OK though for us it did not seem to represent authentic Vietnamese type cooking – seems westernised and modified and a bit bland taste though very nicely presented. But the restaurant ambience was good. We would have loved to have these foods more authentic and local. Anyway for dinners/other meals we inquired from hotel staff and guides and went to eating places/restaurants where locals eat and enjoyed these type of foods including spices/chillies etc we like. I know many westerners too like to sample authentic local foods than modified versions and perhaps you should give them a choice on these if possible. The food (lunch) in Mekong day trip was very good and authentic and so was all the meals in Phoneix – we thoroughly enjoyed both the water trips,the cruise in Phonex with excellent accommodation and food and the puppet show which we nearly dint go as it was quite late start 9.15 pm but glad we made it.
 
All in all we are very happy with your arrangements and will be happy to use your services in the future if we travel that way and also to recommend to our friends. Thanks once again.
