The perfect organisation of our tours

Dear Ms. Ngoc Ha,
Thank you very, very much for the perfect organisation of our tours to Sapa and to Halong Bay. We were really impressed by the high level of organization and how well everything worked. We were perfectly taken care of, e.g. during the booking process of our hotel room in Mango Hotel. The additional hours of sleep after the train ride helped us a lot to really enjoy our tour of the Halong Bay.
The professional and skilled guides at Sapa and Halong Bay showed us very nice locations, while guaranteeing enough time for us to take hundreds of photos. The train ride was highly enjoyable, and we slept quite well in the train – much better than in a German train!    ;-)   
The luxurious interior of our cabin on the cruise ship “Starlight”, as well as the professional crew, delighted us a lot.
We do not want to forget a feedback on the drivers of our tour. All drivers were very professional and skilled, driving very safely at a steady pace. We saw many other tour operator vehicles, speeding and taking unnecessary risks while overtaking in a dangerous manner, especially on the mountainous road to Sapa. Our driver was very safety conscious. Perfect! Same applies for the driver from Hanoi to Halong Bay.
Of course, we would also like to thank you very, very much for the nice presents and for your hospitality at your Hanoi office. Would be great if you could send us the souvenir photo taken in your office by email.
It was a really perfect tour, and we are looking forward to coming back to Vietnam to see and experience more of this beautiful country. I will definitely come back to you as soon as we plan our next journey to Vietnam.

Sorry for not doing this earlier but we only got back home two days ago from our trip.  Firstly, I have to congratulate you and your team in HCM for getting everything together for us in HCM and Hanoi.  We enjoyed everything you did especially the balcony on the cruise.  We have told our family and friends to get in touch with you when they wish to visit Vietnam as you can definitely be relied upon even though everything is organised by email. At one stage, I thought we might not have been able to get on the cruise but the weather just turned around and it was magical, all of it.  The only downside (if you can call it that) was I left my cover for my Samsung Ipad 10.1” in one of the shops.  It was a really pretty one. Never mind.

Having  landed in Hong Kong yesterday and spent a night  here already. I like to sincerely thank you for the very best service provided by you personally and of course your company. The standard of service provided by you is highly commentable.

We have a wonderful trip in Vietnam covering a wide area from the north to the south. It gave me a insight and feel of your country. I was touched by the hard working of some of the local perple in the market place, especially by the young people who I see constantly work so tirelessly. I see the future of  Vietnam through these young people. But I also like to see the less capable ( old and handicapped ) shall be taken care of, who I also see always try to self taking care of themselves. I am sure the assistance to them shall come as your country progresses. I can see in 5 to 10 years time
there will be a great advancement in the whole of Vietnam. In all I feel fortunate to have experienced the warm and friendliness of the local people wherever I go on our tour in Vietnam. At all time, you have always made sure I and my wife Betty are made aware of things and understanding the schedule and pick up time of catching the flight to Hong Kong, we appreicate very much. I really appreciate for your help and all everything you pleased to inform me all details.
Due to I have too many questions, lol ? Vietnam it was new to me and made me surprise.
We found that from first step I got here (1)the hotel staffs for day time they give us for full details and helpful.
 (2) the Vietnamese girl on street (I get lost) she holding my hand to take me run out on the crazy traffic (very fun) and took me to take a bus to go to Lake.
(3) Surprise me with the lovely gift from your company.
(4) Nice and cozy train but on the way back from Sapa to Hanoi air condition it's very hot.
(5) Thien local guide at Sapa he was good nice and easy helpful.
(6) trip at Sapa  is ok foods and hotel was great

So I show my pictures at Sapa on my FB all my friends interesting and love to visit Sapa. I recommend your company. I will ask my family to visit Vietnam for sure.
