My group would like to extent the gratitude for the excellent vacation we had. From the hotel to the tour guide, they've we above our expectations. Thank you so much to you and your team. Maya was really one of a kind and went out of her way to accommodate us.

I'd just like to give a summary of our feedback of our trip with your company services:
1. Tour guides
The tour guides were all great!
-Thanh showed genuine interest and sincerity in his work.
-Phuc was very experienced and
-Ku was just so friendly with lots of knowledge of nature.
-Ban on the cruise ship was caring and amusing.
2) Itinerary
We generally enjoyed the programme planned. However, we were quite surprised at the amount of walking & climbing involved.
Having said that, we are both 65 years old and are fit ,so had no problem with walking and climbing. However, we are not the norm with city people in Singapore.
There are many Singaporeans our age who may likely not be able to manage the activities. So in future, I would suggest that you informed them of the activities of walking and hiking in advance.
3) Halal food
Halal is not equal to Malay food. I would really be happy if you could also give us a taste of Vietnamese vegetarian for eg.
The Muslims in Singapore tend to be more adventurous compared to Muslims in Malaysia when it comes to food.
Other than the 26 July breakfast where we were served noodles, without tea or coffee, the others are generally okay. Haja Hawa at Sapa being the best.
4) Payment
Your company should work towards payment by card without the 3% charge in future.

Other than these, as mentioned, we have enjoyed our trip and your prompt responses to our queries and good service.

👍 Lovely hotel with clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet has great selection of food. Free bicycle.

Overall
Very satisfied with the trip on the whole. Very clear communication with tour agent from quotation to booking and during the trip. Really enjoyed all the activities: Ba Na Hills, basket boat tour with 1 boat per person. Hotel in Da Nang could have been better. We wouldn’t have minded paying more to stay at a newer hotel.
