Dear Ms. Hai Yen,

As a general remark, please let me tell you that we really enjoyed a lot the trip: a fantastic, unforgettable experience for all three of us.
These are, in detail, our opinions:

- ACCOMODATIONS
All the hotels were of great quality: clean, comfortable, relaxing, and with a good breakfast.
We are really happy about your choices.

- FOOD
We appreciated the choice of restaurants, both the expensive and the cheaper ones. Our meals were always abudant and of excellent quality.

- TRAVEL ORGANIZATION 

Very professional. The minivans were new, clean and spacious. Drivers were always on time. The itinerary was perfect.
The boats also were excellent, and well managed.

- LOCAL GUIDES
(1) Mr. Lé Hiéu in Hanoi. A truly fantastic guide. He was always enthusiastic, friendly, caring and full of energy. A really nice and friendly person, all the times.
(2) Mr. Ad in Laos (no Vientiane). He was quite unfortunate at the beginning of the tour, because he was a little sick. Luckily, he recovered fast. 
He also has been friendly and very good in taking care of everything. However, if compared to Mr. Hiéu, he was a definitely more reserved, and sometimes he did not exploit the whole day for visits, leaving us plenty of spare time.
(2) Ms. Vathsana Somphong in Vientiane. Even if we have been together only for one day, she won our hearts. She is incredibly funny, she knows an unbelievable number of stories and legends that she shared with us, and made the visit to Vientiane a truly fun experience. Unfortunately, her English would need a little brush-up, as sometimes is quite difficult to understand her.
As a general conclusion, we are very happy with your organization and will surely come back to you when we'll plan another tour.
We will surely advertise Vietnam Tour Co.,Ltd to our friends who will want to visit South-East Asia.

Our Trip to Ho Chi Min city , Hanoi and Siem Reap
Ms Hai Yen and her colleagues organised and planned our tour brilliliantly !
Starting from the pick up at the airport , hotel accommodation ,transport ,guides ,lunches , dinners etc - everything was perfect . The punctuality of the guide was wonderful and we did not waste time waiting for anyone.
Each and every little detail was taken care of including wheel Chair assistance at airports.
We had a last minute person to be included in our group and Ms Hai Yen confirmed all the bookings even though it was a Sunday.

A tour which was planned well and executed in an excellent manner. We were well looked after by Hai Yen, who was always very responsive, fothtright and timely right from our planning stage. She was accomadative and understanding and in contact with us throughout our tour. Being a private tour for four of us, the gudes and the vehicles provided were very good. They were always on time and we could just concentrate on enjoying our tour. The lunches provided were great and we had asked for local food only. I strongly recommend this company if you want a leisurely and great tour.

Did a 9 day trip in Oct with them, went to Siem Reap, Saigon, Hanoi & Luang Prabang. Excellent planning for the whole trip & good coordination. Managed to see a lot in all the cities with their very knowledgeable tour guides. Since I was travelling solo, Ms Hai and Ms Thuy kept in touch frequently. Was a good experience with them!

We used this company to book our 13 day Vietnam holiday for 2 adults and 4 children via the internet from Australia. The service was excellent. All emails and requests promptly answered. Multiple changes made to suit our needs and requests to get the perfect package. They arranged everything except our international flight but worked around this. The tour ran so smoothly. All tour guides were friendly, spoke English, were on time and very accommodating to our needs. Nothing was too much trouble. We received several upgrades along the way which was icing on the cake. The tour was great value for money and much cheap then packages we looked at with Australian Travel agents. We definitely would recommend them and use them again!
