Hi from back in Toronto,
We had a very good trip in Vietnam , thank you. Hope you enjoyed a good time off for the TET holiday.
Our experiences were interesting and without any problems. I would definitely write to you when we next decide to go to South East Asia. Cambodia and Laos as well as Thailand and China are on our list of places to go. I wish we could have stayed longer so  that we could enjoy the central coast area and central interior of Vietnam. 
We loved the Lotte Legend and Hoi An hotel. We loved the Ha Long Bay cruise and we loved Sapa. The Syrena tour was beyond expectation as our guides went out of their way to give us a lot of attention. The food on the cruise was amazing and we had some food made especially for us. The itinerary was great.
Sapa was very interesting. Our guide was very helpful and knowledgeable and respected the extra time we took just looking around. We would have loved to have stayed there longer.
We took a look at the Victoria hotel and I am glad we decided not to stay there.It is very dark and away from the life of Sapa. 
The Mekong Delta was very interesting and we appreciated the great learning experience. Our guide and driver were very proficient and professional. Our guide for the bike and boat ride was also a pleasure to have accompanying us. I loved seeing all the tropical flowers during the bike ride. 
This itinerary was full. Perhaps we did not need to go to all the home stays. Instead we could have continued riding instead of stopping so much. For us the lunch was delightful and I loved seeing how a spring roll was put together. That was enough for us as we had so much previous sampling of food and seeing all the rice paper preparation became repetitive as we also went to a rice factory... My partner is tall so the bike did not fit well. 
We really appreciate the time Bella took with us to see a little more than on the itinerary for the rest of the Mekong Delta on the morning of our trip to Phu Quoc.
Our hotel offered a boat ride to a swim area but it was a long ride. We did not know what else to do or see in our time out.
Back in Ho Chi Minh the tunnels are amazing.
We only had time for the War museum  when we were on our own .
Hoi An was a lovely town and the resort was delightful. We did what most of the tourists do…..have fitting for clothes and have them made. 
Our driver for the return to the airport came very early. This was not necessary . Fortunately he advised a stop at marble mountain .
Hanoi has a different feel to Ho Chi Minh. We had a very nice stay at Boss Legend. It is situated very well. The staff are great. Meals were great. We were very disappointed before our trip to Sapa. It is not the drivers fault and I do not want him to get into trouble but I would like to know what happened to cause us to only just make the train. 
As mentioned before…I would have liked more time in Sapa. I am not a good sleeper especially on a train. I would have appreciated another day and to start the touring in the afternoon . That is not your fault but maybe it could be mentioned to tourists if they have more time. However we did have a lot of time to ourselves and maybe we could have taken more tours instead of all that time to ourselves.
We had a great day back in Hanoi walking the City on our own

My only comments would be that I had a really great day out, with an informed and experienced tour guide.  I really enjoyed the trip and to be honest there’s not much that I would change.  I liked how it was fairly informal, even though it was clear that there was an itinerary – it didn’t feel like we were rushing to fit everything in, and as a result was a relaxing trip. 
I would definitely recommend Tony as a great tour-guide for a single person / small group – he was very good at explaining what we were seeing, and he obviously knew the local people on the island well as they all welcomed us really nicely.
The food and transport were brilliant – I really enjoyed the fresh fruit and the cooked dishes prepared during the trip. 
The only thing I would think about adding, is maybe something about recommended footwear for the trip (I was fine in trainers, but if someone turned up in sandals / flip-flops it might have been difficult to move between the boats and the docks).  Not a big point at all, but maybe something to add to the itinerary J

I had a great trip. I thought your service was very efficient and professional. Your quick and informative response to my queries was one of the reasons I chose to book with you, and I'm glad I did. I felt very relieved after I received the final itinerary one day before flying off, knowing that my whole trip was well-arranged. It was also reassuring that I was able to pay through Paypal/Onepay as I was not comfortable sending credit card details over email (to other travel agents). The tours I went on (Hanoi city tour and Bai Dinh/Trang An) were good - the tour guides Trung and Frank were very enthusiastic and helpful.
On arrival at my hotel in Sapa, I was surprised to hear from my tour guide Phuc that I could not join the group trek, but he would take me on a private trek or motorcycle tour of the villages. Although it was not what I had expected, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise as Phuc was very knowledgeable and it was a great experience.
Thanks very much for a good trip to Vietnam. I'm looking forward to visiting again someday.
