Dear Hai,
 It was an awesome trip to Vietnam. Thanks for all the arrangements. However there were some best highlights and some downturns in our trip which I would like to write below.
 1.Our day started by pick up at the airport. We did not find any difficulty in spotting the guide. However our  guide on the first day spoke very fast and it was a bit difficult in understanding. Checked into the hotel. Not the great of hotels but very much in the city itself and hence close to roam around. The day was well spent with us having a tour of the city's major tourist places and ending the day with a cruise trip. The food on the cruise was not that great however but cruising was good.
 2. Next day started with the breakfast. Breakfast had no much option. After this we left to Dalat. A 7hour long journey was a bit tiring. Our tour guide Tuan was a much better guide. Spoke clearly and knew a lot about the tour. The food on the way to Dalat was ok, but not that great. This day was more of a travel and we had nothing much to do other than visiting the falls. The waterfall is a nice place to visit. We then ckecked into the Hotel at Dalat. This was a nice hotel and was very well kept.
 As we had nothing else to do rest of the day, Tuan thus arranged to meet the tribal community at our additional expense which was worth it. Wine tasting was too good and we got a chance to mingle with the community. I guess the tour operator should have already included this in their itinerary as we had nothing else to do later in the evening. After our tribal community visit, we were dropped at the Dalat local market. We got to taste the local food which was at its best. Good food at very reasonable price. Tasted the local beer which was nice.
 3. Third day we had the breakfast and there was quite a bit of variety in the breakfast. Cable car trip was very good. A very scenic place. Lianbeng was a nice place to visit as it has some very nice scenic beauty. The jeep trip was too good. Otherplace we visited was the HQ embroidery. Its quite a good place and had some very nice embroidery. Lunch was good as Tuan took us to some nice restaurant. Dinner was on us and we went back the local Vietnamese street food.
 4. Day 4 was back to Ho Chi Minh. Another 7hours trip. We were taken to a local hotel which had cooked food which was lying there for hours. Seriously the worst part of our trip. Operator to should take into account about this as none of us liked this part. Although Tuan told us that there is not much hotel options on the way back. Seriously! But that was not our problem. Return to Ho Chi Minh and we spent the day by ourselves exploring the city. Very good local cloth market at Saigon center. Did a bit of shopping and then spent the evening at the walking street. It was quite happening street.
 5.Day 5 we left to Mekong delta. This was the best place to visit. Had a lot to see and we loved the welcome tea with honey. Truly loved the place as it grew all the fruits and vegetables. Very nice boat trip and an amazing food for lunch. By far the best lunch on our trip.
 Day 6 was back to the airport and lot of fond memories. Overall it was an amazing trip. Vietnamese are very laid back and helpful. Definitely worth a second visit. May be to the north this time. But I prefer if you could add a bit of adventure to the trip as well.

 Transport vehicle - Spacious, Well maintained and Very good
 Hotel at Ho Chi Minh - Could have been much better. But prime location.
 Hotel at Dalat - Good
 Food - Should be better with the correct hotel choices
 Local food - Awesome
 People - Too good

3. We really praised the last minute effort in arranging the cab when tickets were rebooked.
4. The cab driver at Ho Chin Minh was really nice polite and friendly

My wife & me have done a fair amount of travelling with a view to explore places & cultures. Our recently concluded 18-day tour of Vietnam, Laos & Cambodia was the best among the tours we have undertaken so far. The credit for making our tour experience fulfilling goes to Ms.Hai Yen & her colleagues working with the Vietnam Tour Co.(Our tour operator).
Right from the moment we were picked up at the airport in HCMC on our arrival, up to the time we were dropped at the Siem Reap airport, the tour(so thoughtfully planned for us by Ms.Hai Yen) was executed seamlessly with amazing coordination & puntuality. The whole tour appeared like it was designed for an unforgettable experience.
We were well assisted during the planning process. We were provided several options and recommendations to help us decide on the good itinerary. Ms.Hai Yen responded to my messages & emails very promptly. It was a great pleasure dealing with her.
Upon our arrival in each location, we were greeted by the tour guides/ representatives. We never had to stress out aboutAt transportation or late arrivals. Everyone was on time (and early in most cases). Through out the tour we felt warmly welcomed and taken care of. The vehicles were excellent. Adequate packaged water bottles were offered every day. All guides and drivers were courteous, well-informed and helpful.
The tour was designed in such a way that we had the right amount of time for both sightseeing & shopping in each place.
Ms.Hai Yen, Ms.Hiep & Ms.Thuy were generous enough to meet us one evening, in the middle of our tour, to host a sumptuous dinner. They appeared keen to find out if everything was going on well for us.That was an unexpected, yet an outstanding piece of hospitality.
The hotels picked had the right level of luxury to offer a clean, comfortable stay & a good breakfast spread. Our itinerary took us to popular, as also little known attractions giving us an opportunity to discover the places and its people. All the  modes of transport arranged - car, boat, train, flights - were classy & comfortable.The 'Starlight' cruise stay in Halong Bay was awesome. 
We explored historical and religious destinations, as well as the wonderful country side. It was rewarding trip.
Ms.Hai Yen's helpfulness is remarkable. She sent us a welcome gift on arrival at HCMC. When we forgot a souvenir she & her equally helpful colleagues presented, on a restuarant table in Hanoi, she had it picked up & delivered to us. It was such a nice gesture; not something everyone would do.
She & her travel company really care for their customers. I hope we get to travel to Vietnam yet again so we can use their services again.
Though our entire tour was eventful & enjoyable, the two most memorable experiences were:
1.Cruising in Ha Long Bay along the magnificently towering limestone islands standing majestically in the emerald waters.
2. Our visit to the wonderful Angkor archeological park while in Siem Reap.
Angkor Wat is the ultimate expression of Khmer genius – an awe-inspiring temple that is stunning for both its grand scale and its incredible detail.
I was introduced to  Vietnam Tour Co while googling for a suitable travel operator in Vietnam. I was impressed by the reviews of their past customers.
Many times our expectations outshine the our actual experience during a tour. Exceptionally, our Vietnam tour experience went beyond our expectations.
We profusely thank Ms. Hai Yen, Ms.Hiep & Vietnam Tour Co for all their efforts.
We would reccommend this company to our friends, and will use them for any travel to countries they serve. 
It has been four days since we returned home from our tour. We are still mentally sorting the hundreds of incredible memories and experiences from the tour. For both me & my wife this tour has richly improved our understanding of people & cultures in Vietnam, Laos & Cambodia. Ms.Hai Yen & Ms.Hiep will remain in our memory for a long time to come.

We must said your company provides excellent guiding and services then and now. We had a good time and enjoyed ourselves.
