10:00 – Transfer by boat to Ham Rong Cape
• Visit Ham Rong Cape – famously known as the “Kingdom of Starfish.”
• Relax and enjoy activities on the beach.

12:00 – Return to Rach Vem

Child Policy

  • Children under 1 meter in height: Free of charge

  • Children from 1 meter to under 1.4 meters: Child rate applies

  • Children 1.4 meters and above: Adult rate applies

Deposit Policy

  • For day tours (island tours and land tours), a 30% deposit of the total tour value is required upon booking.

Cancellation & Refund policy 

1. Cancellations by Rooty Trip

For day tours (island or land tours), Rooty Trip reserves the right to cancel the tour in the following cases:

  • If the minimum number of guests is not met, our Customer Service team will notify guests one day before departure to reschedule, change to another tour, or cancel with a full deposit refund.

  • If cancellation occurs due to weather conditions (e.g., rough sea or restriction by the Coast Guard), customers may reschedule orcancel the tour and receive a full refund of the deposit.

2. Cancellations by the Customer

If customers cancel before the departure date, the following charges will apply:

  • Cancellation before 10:00 PM on day (N-1) (N = departure date): Free cancellation.

  • Cancellation after 10:00 PM on day (N-1): A 100% cancellation fee of the deposit amount will be charged.

3. Cancellations due to Force Majeure

In case the tour must be canceled or changed due to force majeure (accidents, natural disasters, wars, epidemics, etc.), both parties will discuss and agree on an appropriate solution.
Any refunds or compensations (if applicable) will depend on the related service providers.
