Hanoi City Tour Half Day

ITINERARY

12:15 PM: Pick-up

Your guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel or agreed meeting point and begin your Hanoi city tour.

Visit Hoa Lo Prison, historically known as Maison Centrale and later referred to as the “Hanoi Hilton,” a site closely associated with Vietnam’s revolutionary history and the Vietnam War.

Continue to the Temple of Literature – Quoc Tu Giam, Vietnam’s first national university, dating back to the 11th century. Learn about Confucianism and Vietnam’s long-standing tradition of education and academic achievement while admiring the Khue Van Cac Pavilion and the stone steles honoring doctoral laureates.

Take a photo stop outside the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and visit Ba Dinh Square, where President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence of Vietnam.

Continue to Tran Quoc Pagoda, one of the oldest Buddhist temples in Hanoi, with a history dating back to 528 AD. Discover more about Buddhism and Vietnam’s spiritual heritage.

End your experience with a cup of Hanoi’s iconic Vietnamese egg coffee, a rich and distinctive local specialty that you will not want to miss.

5:00 PM: Transfer back to your hotel or the original meeting point. Tour ends. Goodbye and see you again!
